Since you will be studying for an international master's degree in English, you must present language certificates denoting your scores in any of the accepted English proficiency exams, like IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and Duolingo. You must meet the minimum English language scores set by your preferred Hungarian university for masters, and they must not be older than two years.
